I My favorite place to support a birth is where you feel the safest.
I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula, offering calm, supportive care rooted in evidence-based knowledge and guided by intuition, tradition, and lived experience. I’ve supported over 60 births at home, in birth centers, and in hospitals, always with the intention of helping parents feel safe, heard, and deeply supported. having a doula is like having your own birthing coach — someone there to help you navigate whatever options, twists, and turns birth could hold.
Every birth I’ve attended has been its own story—each one unfolding differently. And yet, there is a familiar rhythm to birth. It’s something we can prepare for, and also something we can surrender to.
For hospital births especially, I focus on creating a peaceful, grounded environment—softening a space that can feel unfamiliar or overwhelming, and helping you feel confident and secure in your choices. I’m here to support both you and your partner, honoring the role each of you plays and nurturing a strong circle of care around your growing family.
As I prepare to welcome my first baby, I feel this work even more deeply. Becoming a mother has shown me just how important it is to have someone truly on your side—someone steady, compassionate, and fully present. I’m here for the parents, to hold space, offer reassurance, and walk alongside you through this transformative time.
