  • One of my deepest joys in supporting families postpartum is preparing nourishing, restorative meals in your home. Rooted in the wisdom of The First Forty Days and traditional postpartum nourishment, I use organic, nutrient-dense ingredients to craft meals that replenish, warm, and sustain you during this sacred window of recovery. Each dish is intentionally prepared to support your healing and vitality, using foods you have on hand or those you pre-select. This is a time for deep rest and integration—while you focus on bonding and renewal, I ensure you are nourished with meals made with love and intention.

  • Postpartum is a time of deep restoration, and intentional bodywork can support your healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. I offer gentle postpartum bodywork to move lymph, restore balance, and encourage the flow of chi, helping your body integrate the immense transformation of birth. In the comfort of your home, I prepare nourishing herbal foot baths and soothing sitz baths, using plant medicine to support tissue healing, relaxation, and grounding. During this time, I can hold and care for your baby, allowing you to fully receive this moment of rest and replenishment.

  • In the postpartum period, tending to your healing should be your primary focus—not the endless to-do lists of daily life. I offer gentle household support to help create a calm and nurturing space for you to rest and bond with your baby. This may include light tidying, folding laundry, preparing simple meals, and tending to the flow of your home so you can move through this transition with ease. I also provide loving sibling care, ensuring older children feel supported and connected as they welcome their new family member. My intention is to hold your household with the same care and presence that I hold you—so you can fully settle into this sacred postpartum time.
